  1. I have "General SQL Error" about "not a valid path" when starting New SPEKTRA. What is this error mean?
  2. I have "General SQL Error" about "Disk or network error" also when starting New SPEKTRA. How can I fix this problem?
  3. After inserting a new record on Processing Module using Processing Form, I can't see it from another form (announcement letter, thank you letter, label, etc.).

  1. After inserting a new record on Processing Module using Processing Form, I can't see it from another form (announcement letter, thank you letter, label, etc.).

    New SPEKTRA is using date format like "MM/DD/YYYY", so another kind of date format will not work.
    To change your computer setting to format like above :
      • Go to Control Panel > Regional Settings > Date (tab)
      • Choose appropriate date format from "Short Date style" drop down list.
