Answer
- I have "General SQL Error" about "not
a valid path" when starting New SPEKTRA. What is this error mean?

This error means that server has not been turned "on" yet.
A "server" means a computer where database file ('master.mdb') has been put into.
Turn server "on" and your problem will be dissapear.
- I have "General SQL Error" about "Disk
or network error" also when starting New SPEKTRA. How can I fix this
problem?

This has the same problem as question no. 1, so turning on server will fix the problem.
- After inserting a new record on Processing Module
using Processing Form, I can't see it from another form (announcement
letter, thank you letter, label, etc.).
New SPEKTRA is using date format like "MM/DD/YYYY", so another kind of date format will not work.
To change your computer setting to format like above :
- How can I backup my database?
All you need to do is copying file "master.mdb" into a safe place. If your master.mdb file size is too large then you can compress it using WinZip or another similar program.
"Master.mdb" file usually reside at folder :
"C\Program Files\Petra Christian University\New SPEKTRA\Database\"
or another folder you choose at installation time.
